Sopot is situated beside the foot of the massif Stara-Planina - a picturesque range, stretched nearly on 180 kilometers from the west to the east. The highest top reaches 2 400 meters.

In spiritual world it is possible to reach a top different ways, either as in physical. One way can be long, the other short, one winding and hard, the other direct and light, but anyway every road leads to the top. There are many methods and ways to reach spiritual knowledge, helping to learn by experience latent essence of being and direct the wit, which is tangled in the web of world pleasures, to the source of its existence - Atmanu, or soul.

There are many splendid places on the territory of : mountain stream with the fairy-tale waterfall, primordial nature, clean mountain air... Practice of yoga and meditation on the height of more than 1500 meters being surrounded by the clouds nobody will leave indifferent. You`ll easily distract from common vanity and feel unanimity with nature.

Picturesque landscapes, atmosphere of harmony and pacification in combination with unique natural condition enable you to feel charm of rest, and dive in exciting extreme adventures at desire.

There are provided for amateurs of active rest different programs in the centre, giving you chance to sink in atmosphere of extreme and romantics of alpine mountains. Under the direction of experienced instructors you can try yourself in kinds of sport you`ve already practised or in new ones. If you arrived here to get maximum of adrenaline - is a rare centre, where it is possible to train flights on paraglide, deltaplane, make jumps with parachute, try yourself as the conqueror of kilometer tops on a mountain bicycle, motobike or just traveling on foot. Practice in rock climbing on the special equipped rock-ground. Besides there are built a modern roller-skate ground, skate-ground, tracks for carting and routes for mountain-boarding in . For those who are interested in developing skills of tactical and strategic orienting there are prepared several specially equipped platforms for paintball. This active game will remember you childhood. It`ll help you to take off psychological voltage and accumulated subconscious aggression.

During ascent to the mountain, or a travel along the cable-armchair road, picturesque sights of surrounding nature will emerge before your eyes. Having passed the first station of the cable road, you will have chance to relax in the tea-house and taste exquisite sorts of tea with delicious dessert, contemplating panorama of the town.

On the second station there is situated an alpine hotel, where cosy rooms, appetite supper beside the heater and benevolent personnel are waiting for you. The sight of Sopot and adjoining plains at the bottom of the mountain at the height of 1620 m will impress you for ever.The European centre of extreme sport and meditation is situated on the area over 30 thousand sq.m. and it`s constructed as a complex of functional objects of infrastructure.  There are in the complex:Alpine hotel, located at the height over 1650 metres above sea level, its area is about 1800 sq.m. Double-level cable-armchair road (or lift) extented at the distance of 4356 metres, located at the height about 1720 metres above sea level (difference of the heights is about 1,5 kilometer) Cultural-recreational Centre on the area about 1200 sq.m. There are on its territory: a Movie-theatre with 400 seats, Internet-cafe, Business-centre, Mate- club, Restaurant, Bar, Tea-room and Calyan-room.
